Our local Coats for Kids was started to help schools in our community hand out coats to children in need. With later winters in the South, we usually try and have coats ordered and distributed by end of October. Our local real estate office Choice Realty has handled the donations, ordering, and distribution since it was brought to Batesville. All coats are brand new, and no two coats look alike. Every kid deserves a coat, and we strive to make sure that there is no stigma with coats being received. The past year we have been able to distribute coats to Batesville, Southside, Cave City, Mountain View, Midland, Cedar Ridge, Westside, Sulphur Rock Elementary, & Stars Academy.
